This class focuses on the fundamentals of a healthy yoga practice.  Principles of breathing, alignment, relaxation and mindfulness are taught in elemental versions of basic poses in a gentle flow style.  Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations) are introduced.  Suitable for brand new beginners as well as continuing students who want a refresher of the basics or just prefer a more gentle class.
