Steady Flow

A moderately paced practice built around modified and classic Surya Namaskara A and B (Sun Salutations A and B).  More demanding standing, seated, supine, balance and inverted postures are introduced.  The class is taught in a multi-level atmosphere with modifications offered to lighten or deepen poses so that participants are challenged to find their edge.  Suitable for ongoing students.
