Mellow Flow

A slow paced, but athletic practice which continues to build on poses that are the fundamentals of yoga but require a bit more strength, flexibility and balance.  Includes modified and classic Surya Namaskara A and B (Sun Salutations A and B) as well as basic standing, seated, supine and balance postures.  Suitable for beginners as well as continuing students looking for a lighter flow class.
