This class focuses on the fundamentals of a healthy yoga practice. You'll learn principles of breathing, alignment, relaxation and mindfulness in elemental versions of standing, seated, balance and supine postures.  Sun Salutations are introduced. Take this class if you're a brand new beginner, a continuing student who wants a refresher of the basics or if you just prefer a lighter class.
