Slow Flow

This class is a slower paced, alignment-based athletic practice which continues to build on fundamental poses but requires more strength, flexibility and balance. Includes modified and classic Sun Salutations A and B as well as basic standing, seated, supine and balance postures. A good class to take if you're a fit beginner or prefer a slower paced flow class.
