Mellow Flow

A slow paced, but athletic practice which continues to build on fundamental poses but require a bit more strength, flexibility and balance. Includes modified and classic Sun Salutations A and B as well as basic standing, seated, supine and balance postures. Suitable for beginners as well as continuing students looking for a lighter flow class.
