Create a deep level of mental stillness and dissolve negative habits while lying in Savasana. Induce clarity, awareness, creativity and a peaceful state of mind both during the practice and throughout the day.
Week One: Lecture on the Five Koshas and How They Relate to Yoga Nidra + a Yoga Nidra Practice
Week Two: Lecture on the Nature of Expanding Awareness and How Yoga Nidra Encourages It + a Yoga Nidra Practice
Week Three: Constructing an Internal Refuge + a Yoga Nidra Practice
Week Four: Lectue on Body Sensing and Emotional Balancing + a Yoga Nidra Practice
Week Five: Yoga Nidra Practice (Pure Experience)
Week Six: Yoga Nidra Practice (Pure Experience)
Use your class pass, pay for the series ($60), or pay for a drop-in ($13). Advance registration is not necessary, and although it’s optimal to attend all six sessions, you’re welcome to attend when you can. Yoga teachers who attend all six sessions will receive 6 Yoga Alliance CEU’s: 2 for Techniques, Training and Practice; 2 for Anatomy & Physiology; and 2 for Yoga Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics.
