Vinyasa Basics 6-Week Series (Susan)

This class focuses on the fundamentals of a healthy vinyasa practice. You'll learn principles of breathing, alignment and mindfulness in sun salutations as well as in elemental versions of standing, seated, balance and supine postures. Take this class if you're new to vinyasa or are a continuing vinyasa student looking to review the basics and optimize your alignment.
