This is my tried-and-true Caesar salad dressing. It tastes especially good on grilled Romaine. Enjoy!
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 3 Tablespoons sour cream
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmagiano Reggiano
In a large bowl stir together the garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire, mustard, sour cream and pepper. Add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk until emulsified. Stir in the Parmegiano.
