CHANGE IN SCHEDULE! Steady Flow

A moderately paced practice built around modified and classic Sun Salutations A and B. More demanding standing, seated, supine, balance and inverted postures are introduced. The class is taught in a multi-level atmosphere with modifications offered to lighten or deepen poses so that you're challenged to find your edge.  Suitable for ongoing students.
