Breathe & Stretch (Restorative)

Breathe & Stretch will be a restorative practice the last Thursday of the month. Restorative yoga is a slow, deeply nurturing practice supported by props to help you truly relax.  It's the perfect complement to a more active practice or lifestyle and has an enormous capacity to heal any physical and mental symptoms you may be experiencing.
