It’s never too late to increase Strength, Balance and Flexibility!

Maximize these three essential components of fitness for both your body and your mind while reducing joint and low back pain, sharpening your mind and relieving stress. Poses will be offered for all levels so that you can work with and appreciate the body and mind you have. Brand new beginners are welcome! Class size is limited to nine participants at 10 feet apart; therefore pre-registration is required.
