Learn the basics of Vinyasa Yoga, an athletic style that’s the most popular style of yoga in the west. You’ll gain mobility, strength and balance while learning principles of breathing, mindfulness and safe alignment with the Sun Salutations series and other classic yoga postures.
Cost is $90 for the 6 weeks and advance registration is required. Sorry, but class passes may not be used, no refunds will be given for unattended classes. However, if you need to miss a class or two, you may attend another class during the 6-week period.
