Vinyasa Basics 2

6 Week Series: Fridays, Sept 13-Oct 25, 9:30-10:30 am

This 6-Week series is designed for people new or new-ish to Vinyasa yoga, or for more experienced students who want a refresher. You’ll gain mobility, strength and balance as you practice principles of breathing, mindfulness and safe alignment within the Sun Salutations series and other classic yoga postures.

In Vinyasa Basics 2, we’ll review what we did in Vinyasa Basics 1, but will progress further, adding Up Dog as well as transitions from Down Dog into standing poses. As always, options will be given to lighten or intensify the practice so you can honor the wisdom of your body with awareness and skill. It’s not necessary to have taken Vinyasa Basics 1 in order to attend this series.

Cost is $100 for the 6 weeks, advance registration is required, and space is limited. Sorry, but class passes may not be used and no refunds will be given for unattended classes. However, if you need to miss a class or two, you may attend another class during the 6 weeks as a makeup. There will be no class Sept 20.
