Slow Flow (Mohler)

This class is a slower paced, alignment-based vinyasa practice which includes core work, modified, classic and creative sun salutations as well as basic standing, seated, supine and balance postures. A good class for beginners as well as continuing students who prefer a slower paced flow class.
