Fascia is the continuous web of connective tissue that wraps around, runs through, and supports every structure in your body, and is your body’s largest sensory organ. The cumulative effects of your posture and the repetitive motions of life and physical activity can result in tension, achiness, and restriction that may not be improved by simply stretching your muscles.

In this workshop, you will learn how to use foam massage balls (even tennis balls work!) and rollers to unlock fascial restrictions in order to improve your range of motion and proprioception, reduce pain, and calm your mind.

RYT’s will receive one Yoga Alliance approved contact hour for Techniques, Training & Practice as well as one for Anatomy & Physiology.

Grippy myofascial balls will be available for purchase, or you can use tennis balls, which we’ll have on hand for you to borrow. Bring a foam roller if you have one!
