SBF Yoga - Strength. Balance. Flexibility (SUSAN ON THE WATERFRONT STAGE AT CAMP KEKOKA)

It’s never too late to increase Strength, Balance and Flexibility!

Maximize these three essential components of fitness for both your body and your mind while reducing joint and low back pain, sharpening your mind and relieving stress. Poses will be offered for all levels so that you can work with and appreciate the body and mind you have. Brand new beginners are welcome!

NOTE: Today’s class will be held on the waterfront stage at YMCA Camp Kekoka, 1083 Boys Camp Rd, Kilmarnock. You can drive across the field directly to the stage, but please stay to the right of the orange bathhouse.
