When I practice or teach yoga, there's this sense of being in control over a small space, a microcosm of energy―something I don't always feel out of the studio. When I connect with my students or with a challenging pose or transition in my own practice, there's this powerful feeling of "I've got this." I believe it's what helps drive my passion for my vocation.
