It’s never too late to increase Strength, Balance and Flexibility! And doing so is especially fun when you get to practice outdoors!

Maximize these three essential components of fitness for both your body and your mind while reducing joint and low back pain, sharpening your mind and relieving stress. Poses will be offered for all levels so that you can work with and appreciate the body and mind you have. Brand new beginners are welcome! This (and all our classes during the pandemic) will be held in the shady backyard of our beautiful UU studio.
