Laughing Yoga

In Laughing Yoga sessions we practice different types of laughter and laughing games designed to get you laughing and smiling more, breathing better, and cultivating a deeper sense of joy in your life.  Bring a friend!  No experience with yoga is required.  For more information contact Caroline at misslaughinglady@gmail.com  or 804.761.1838.  Laughing Yoga sessions are $5 per person.
