Basics (Session 2)

This class focuses on the fundamentals of a healthy vinyasa flow practice. You'll learn principles of breathing, alignment, relaxation and mindfulness in elemental versions of standing, seated, balance and supine postures. Sun salutations are introduced. Take this class if you're a brand new beginner or a continuing student who wants a refresher of the basics.
