Standing Poses are the building blocks of a yoga asana practice and are the key to accessing more advanced postures in yoga. This workshop will help you clean up your alignment as we take turns demonstrating and practicing basic standing poses like Virabhadrasana B (Warrior 2), Trikonasa (Triangle), Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) and more.
