Standing Poses are the building blocks of your yoga asana practice and are the key to accessing more advanced postures in yoga. This workshop, led by Susan Johnson, E-RYT 200, YACEP, and Ginger Houck, PT, will focus on optimal alignment for your own unique body in order to keep your practice fun, safe and sustainable for years to come. will help you clean up your alignment as we take turns demonstrating and practicing basic standing poses like Virabhadrasana B (Warrior 2), Trikonasa (Triangle), Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) and more. As in all these workshops, you'll learn how to incorporate the modifications and variations that work best for your own unique body.
