Pranayama Workshop w/Wyatt Portz

Pranayama, the fourth limb of Patanjali’s eight limbs of yoga, is often thought of as simple breathing techniques. But in yoga, prana is the life force itself – the energy that drives our lives and the life of the universe itself; yama means control. So, pranayama is actually the yogic science of gaining complete control over the energy of your body-mind complex. In this workshop, Wyatt will teach you three Pranayama techniques: ujjayi, bhastrikha, and a continuous cycling breath, then put them together in different rhythms and cycles to create a powerful, energy-generating practice that you can take home and use with asana and meditation, enhancing both. Cost is $25 and space is limited. Sorry, no refunds given for workshops purchased but not attended.
