Almond Dressing

They make this yummy salad dressing at Yogaville. Makes 1-1/2 quarts.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup raw, unsalted almonds

  • ½ cup nutritional yeast

  • ½ cup safflower oil

  • ½ cup water

  • ¼ cup Tamari

PREPARATION

In a food processor, blend almonds and a little of the oil to make a paste. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy. Add water to adjust consistency.
